Sarban runs on live freight in a working brokerage, built by the person who has to use it the next morning. Every feature started as something that went wrong on a real load.
Why we built it
Sarban was founded by Islam Shakirov, a freight broker who spent years running a brokerage across a load board, three spreadsheets, a folder of carrier packets, an email thread nobody could find, and a TMS that charged monthly to make all of it slower.
What pushed him into building wasn’t a missing feature. It was software that was confidently wrong. A load marked on time that wasn’t. A tracking dot that hadn’t moved in six hours but still looked live. A carrier already paid before anyone noticed the bank details had changed. Software that guesses is worse than software that admits it doesn’t know, because you stop checking.
Say what you know, say what you don’t, and never split the difference.
That is the rule Sarban is built around. When it can’t reach a truck, it says so. When an appointment time was never given, it doesn’t invent one. You should be able to trust a green light because the system is willing to show you a red one.

It never invents a time
If a shipper hasn't given an appointment time, the load says so instead of filling in midnight and then calling you late. A number you can't trust is worse than no number.
Every carrier can be tracked
ELD if they have one, a driver link if they don't, a text if that fails. No carrier is ever unsupported, and the board tells you which one you're getting.
One record, both sides
Quote, carrier, rate con, tracking, POD, invoice, settlement — the same load from first email to money in. Not five tools pretending to talk to each other.
Where things stand
Sarban is early, and we’d rather say so than have you find out. This isn’t a product built by people who have never covered a load. It runs live freight in a working brokerage every day, which means the bugs find us before they find you, and the roadmap is whatever broke this week.
Being small is also the offer. You get the people who write the code, not a ticket queue. What you report is read the same day, by someone who knows what a detention claim is and why your driver isn’t answering at 4 p.m. on a Friday.
