About us

Built by a broker, for brokers.

Sarban is a transportation management system designed around one goal: make the day-to-day work of a freight brokerage faster, simpler, and less scattered across a dozen tabs.

Our story

Sarban was founded by Islam Shakirov, a freight broker who built the product out of firsthand experience running a brokerage. After years of juggling load boards, spreadsheets, carrier packets, and a TMS that fought back more than it helped, the idea was simple: the software should get out of the way.

Every feature here started as a real problem on a real board — vetting a carrier before a load falls through, pricing a lane without guessing, keeping paperwork and tracking in one place instead of five. The aim is to save brokers time on the busywork so they can spend it where it matters: moving freight and building relationships.

We're based in Houston, Texas, and we build with the same urgency a brokerage runs on.

What we believe

Speed is the product

Fewer clicks, fewer tabs, fewer copy-pastes. Software should make you faster, not busier.

Both sides of the load

Carriers and customers, quoting to invoicing — one connected record instead of scattered tools.

AI where it earns its keep

We use AI to remove real friction — vetting, pricing, paperwork — not as a gimmick.
