Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theBroker Command AI software platform and related services (the “Service”), provided by Broker Command AI LLC (“Broker Command AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Missouri City, Texas. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the rights necessary to submit it.
4. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (for example load boards, carrier verification, mapping, fuel data, messaging, and payment services). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or data.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described in your order or subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Broker Command AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including carrier, rate, or compliance information sourced from third parties) will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for your own business and booking decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broker Command AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
11. SMS Terms
SMS Terms. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from IR Express / Broker Command AI regarding freight shipments you are involved with (status updates, appointment reminders, and location check-in links). Consent is voluntary and not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact islam@irexpress.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
