SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

Sarban LLC, based in Houston, Texas, provides the Sarban transportation-management platform used by licensed freight brokerages (each, a “brokerage”) to coordinate shipments. This page explains the brokerage text-messaging program delivered through the platform: the kinds of messages sent, how you consent to receive them, and how to stop them at any time. The brokerage that operates the text-messaging program described here is I&R Express LLC.

1. What messages we send

Messages are transactional and shipment-related — they are tied to a specific load or business relationship, not marketing. They include:

  • requests to share your location for a load you are hauling (tracking links);
  • rate-confirmation signature links;
  • notices that a document (rate confirmation, BOL, invoice) is ready;
  • requests to upload BOL / POD paperwork;
  • certificate-of-insurance expiration reminders;
  • driver-app invitations and load / bid offers.

A typical message looks like: Acme Freight: Load #1042 Dallas, TX → Memphis, TN. Tap to share your location for this shipment: [link] Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

2. How you opt in

You provide consent to receive these texts when you give your mobile number to a brokerage in connection with freight you are hauling or a business relationship with that brokerage — for example, on a carrier packet, a rate confirmation, a dispatch call, or by signing up for the driver app. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or employment.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by shipment. You may receive several messages while a load is active and none between loads — the volume follows your freight activity, not a fixed schedule.

4. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also text STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation and then no further texts. To resume messages later, reply START.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for a reply identifying the sender and a contact, or email us at support@sarbantms.com.

7. Your privacy

We use your mobile number solely to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers that help us deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more.
